Terms of Service

By accessing greve.io, using the demo, creating an account, or generating outreach pages, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Greve on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes may be announced by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Greve is a B2B outreach platform. You paste your site and a prospect's URL; we research public information, generate a personalized microsite, host it on a shareable link, track engagement, and help you draft follow-up. Features may change as we ship improvements. We do not guarantee that any particular outreach will result in a meeting, reply, or revenue.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Greve is intended for business use. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws in your country and the countries where your prospects are located.

Sign-in is currently via Google OAuth. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your Greve account. Notify us promptly at hello@greve.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

During onboarding you may provide an organization name and referral source. Sender name and email for outreach can be saved in your profile. Information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or company.

One account per individual or team unless we agree otherwise in writing. Sharing credentials to circumvent per-seat billing or demo limits is not allowed.

Free demo. You may generate a limited number of pages per browser without an account. We use a browser fingerprint to enforce limits, not to track you across unrelated sites.

Registered accounts. New accounts may receive welcome credits. Credit balances, generation limits, and plan features are shown in your dashboard and may change with notice.

Subscriptions. Paid plans bill through our payment processor (Dodo Payments). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices and included credits are displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Credits. Unless we state otherwise in writing, unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

You agree to use Greve only for lawful B2B outreach. You will not:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or outreach with no legitimate business interest.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against individuals.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious.
• Crawl, reverse engineer, or overload Greve systems to resell generated pages.
• Bypass rate limits, security controls, or other users' accounts.
• Use Greve to collect sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process.
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, or other applicable outreach and privacy laws.

You are solely responsible for your outreach campaigns, including list quality, opt-out handling, and truthful subject lines. Greve provides tools; compliance is yours.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Greve a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content solely to operate the service, including public share links, email preview images, analytics, and backups.

You represent that you have the rights to submit URLs and content you provide and that sharing generated pages will not violate third-party rights or contracts.

Page copy is drafted using AI from publicly available website text and your inputs. AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, overly familiar, or misaligned with your brand. You must review and edit everything before sending. Greve is not responsible for outreach you ship without review.

Do not rely on Greve for legal, financial, or compliance advice. Generated research is a starting point, not a due-diligence report.

Generated pages are available at public URLs unless we offer private modes in the future. Anyone with the link may view the page. Engagement metrics (views, time on page, return visits) are provided to help you prioritize follow-up. Do not embed secrets in page content or URLs.

Greve integrates with third parties (Google, OpenAI, payment processors, hosting providers, and others). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from generated pages or from our marketing site.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically delete your account or past pages.

Refunds are evaluated case by case. If we failed to deliver the service you paid for, contact hello@greve.io within 30 days of the charge with details. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, and force majeure events may cause downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Beta features may be unstable or withdrawn.

You may stop using Greve anytime and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

GREVE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT OUTREACH WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREVE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DEALS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend and indemnify Greve against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your outreach, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law. We may assume exclusive defense of a matter at your expense if you fail to cooperate.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with us at hello@greve.io so we can try to resolve them informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue remedies in courts located in India, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

• These terms are the entire agreement between you and Greve regarding the service.
• If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
